Introduction

Mileagestore.com.au is an e-commerce web site owned and operated by The Leapfrog Group on behalf of Lufthansa.

The site is designed to give Miles and More members a range of redemption opportunities throughout Australia that could not previously be obtained.

Merchandise offered on the Mileagestore website can be purchased for Miles and More miles or a combination of miles and cash (via credit card top-up).

The minimum redemption level is 7,500 miles.

Joining

To redeem your miles you must register your details once with Mileagestore.com.au by clicking on the Join Now button on the top menu and following the prompts. Please note that you will need to know your Lufthansa Miles and More log on details to do this.

Once all fields have been completed, click on the Join Now button at the bottom of the page. An e-mail will automatically be sent to you confirming your log on details for future use.

Shopping

Once logged on you are free to shop.

Click on the Start Shopping button on the top menu or use the search facilities on the left side of the screen.

You can then choose from the following categories;

Electronics
Home Living
Wellbeing
Sport and Leisure
Gift Shop
Indulgence
Childrens

Once a category is selected you can look through the sub categories and items for sales. Once you have chosen an item click on the graphic or More Info button to see more product detail and the to be able to purchase.

Purchasing

Once a product is selected click Add To Cart. Then select My Shopping Cart and you will then be prompted for your preferred shipping address, if different from your registered address. You will also be prompted for a credit card top up should you not have the required points for the purchase. Once all details have been completed click on Place Order and your order will be processed.

At anytime, to check on items in your shopping cart or orders placed just click on the My Account and select the appropriate menu option on the bottom, left side.
